Fire! Fire! Topic Information Willow Class

Our topic this half term is all to do with fire.

We will be looking at the Great Fire of London in our English work and linking this to our History learning.

We will be hoping to have a visit from the local Fire Station to look at how the equipment they use now is different to the equipment they used in the past.

In Geography we will be looking at London and also the North & South Pole and the animals that can be found living there.

Science this half term will involve looking at materials and their properties. As part of this we will look at investigating the best material to absorb water.

We will also be learning about the story of the Nativity in preparation for our Christmas Play.
