Take 5. Each Amazing Breath
We use Take 5 breathing practices in school daily to provide the children with the time and space to become calm and ready to learn. These breathing practices also equip the children with the skills needed to manage their own emotional well-being both in and out of school.
Ask your child to show you how they do their "breathing" at school. We use a number of different practices such as "Rainbow breathing" or "Titanic Breathing" in our classes everyday.
